Terms of Use for Coaches (Beta Phase)

1. Independent Contractor Status

Coaches act as independent service providers. No employment, partnership, or agency relationship exists.

2. Responsibilities of Coaches

Coaches are solely responsible for:

• Their professional qualifications
• Legal compliance
• Adequate insurance coverage, if required

3. Content License

Coaches grant a non-exclusive, revocable license to display their submitted content on the platform.

4. No Medical Representation

Coaches must not present their services as medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic.

5. Liability

Coaches are solely liable for their coaching sessions and interactions with users.

6. Removal and Termination

We reserve the right to remove content or revoke access at any time during the beta phase.

7. Beta Participation

Participation occurs within a beta environment and may be terminated without notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
